We are the only hotel chain to introduce completely gluten-free dishes to our restaurants. Safe for guests with severe gluten intolerance, dishes are prepared in the certified Trattoria Sano - Gluten Free restaurant. Delicious, gluten-free dishes in jars can be eaten on site in the restaurant or taken away.
